I placed an order for 7 items on March 25, Here it is May 15 th and I still haven't received anything. Website shows "Order Despatched" on March 27 and then on May 1st "Closed by System". Fantastic. I emailed through the website for an order update and they sent me back a cut and paste auto-response with no information and no recourse. I filed a chargeback, they didn't send me a refund too, they reply with an email after 3-4 days or sometimes 5 days, with automatic response that consult your local postal service, WTF, what are they going to do if they haven't received anything, I wasted my Money on this $#*!TY COMPANY, this company is UTTER TRASH
Tip for consumers: Just don't use them
I ordered some Ordinary products twice before, but on my third order (when the products came available - you have about a five minute window before they go again every day), my order was placed OK, but sometime afterwards, I received an email saying only ONE item was coming out of FOUR I had ordered and had confirmed were on their way at the time I purchased... that item was LESS than the shipping cost! Why would I just order one tiny bottle and pay that amount for shipping? It's unacceptable to tell people AFTER the order is placed that 75% of what they thought they purchased is not coming and then have the gall to still ship whatever is left (and still charging expensive shipping). Yes, I received a refund for the non-shipped products, but never again will I shop with this dodgy crowd. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I've been using Beauty Bay for a few years now and I've never had issues, all my items arrive next day for free as I do have the haul pass which I bought with points from my perks. Highly recommend!
It took 3 weeks for my package to get here and customer service wasn’t that great either . Definitely never shopping on here again .

I had decided to purchase from Beauty Bay due to the 20% off discount they give to first time customers. As such, I spent nearly 2 hours deciding what to purchase and ended up buying $632.50AUD worth of items. Having applied the discount at checkout, I saw the amount had reduced to around $500AUD. I confirmed my payment through PayPal and was absolutely shocked to find that my confirmation email for my purchase said that I had paid the FULL $632.50.
Unfortunately, I do not have the means to spare an additional $100 or so dollars. Moreover, it's infuriating to see that I had relied on this discount code and ended up paying full price. If I had known this was the case, I would've purchased the goods from a competitor that would've treated me much better!
To say I was annoyed is an extreme understatement. I promptly contacted their customer service team who told me that they were sorry to hear the discount code hadn't been applied and that the only way I could receive the discount was if I returned the items and purchased again with the discount code. They also told me that they would arrange for a free return.
So, I asked if they could initiate the return process and they said they couldn't until the goods had been delivered. Once I received the goods, I immediately sent their team an email to notify them and asked for them to initiate the free return. I was met with a generic email stating as per their website, they do not cover postage fees for change of mind returns. Excuse me? What do you mean by this? I have no intention of returning because I "changed my mind". I am returning the goods to repurchase at the discounted price I was promised. I was also promised by a previous customer officer that I could return the goods for free. Are they blatantly lying to customers now? Is that what they consider customer service?
Throughout this whole tiring email process, I've been handed over to random customer service officers. Not one single customer service officer was the same. I presume their system is set up so whichever officer is free will reply. As such, I was left to explain my situation again and again. Why must I go through all this? I am customer who has purchased an extremely large amount of goods. Is $632.50AUD worth pennies to them? This is so incredibly frustrating and I WISH I had read other reviews before purchasing from their website. It seems I am not alone in this situation. I have found at least 3 other reviews from customers who were in the EXACT same position as me. I have yet to see any of those reviews update with a resolution to their cases.
I have already sent a lengthy email to their customer service team and I shall post another review to update everyone on their response. If they are able to rectify the situation promptly, I see no reason to give them such a low review. Perhaps there is an issue with communication amongst their team. Do better Beauty Bay. You are stealing money from customers and honestly, it seems like this whole thing is a scam.
Great quick delivery but I have a return I am still waiting for correspondence to send back. Ruined the whole experience. Doubt I’ll make another purchase
I ordered 2 eyeshadow pallets and pin-a-dot stickers. 1.it took them 3 weeks to deliver to my country (which is fine since Covid-19 and sh** is happaning in world) 2. They ordered delivery to home and didnt give my telefone number to delivery company 3. They didnt even ask for my phone number when I orderd 4. They didnt contact me when the delivery company wrote to them that they can not contact me 5. I had to contact them to find out what is going on 6. I asked to change my number twice... in seperate e-mails TWICE 7. They still did not change my number 8.and now after 5 weeks my package is sent back and i will get a refund... At least they say i will get full refund... If you are not from UK - dont order from Beauty Bay. Because even if a smallest thing goes wrong there is no customer service and they mostly ignore you and its time, money and you nerves that are going to suffer!

Yep. They steal your money and then pretend like they are worried about you getting your order. Horrible company!

Beauty Bay was cheaper due to Black Friday sale which is why I sent with them

I placed an order 6 weeks ago. They have been pretending they are investigating and refuse to refund or replace my order.
